Surveying
If a structural defect report has been requested by a mortgage lender, or an insurance company, they will usually require the report to be produced by an engineer with specific qualifications. All of our Engineers reports are produced and signed off by Chartered engineers with a minimum of CEng MICE accreditation.
Party Wall
We also have a dedicated Party Wall Department who can assist with works undertaken on or close to party walls, in accordance with the requirements of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
We also regularly act as Party Wall checking engineers and in respect of Party Wall matters and checking engineers for Property Management companies.
